Poor leadership, constant re-organizations with layoffs all the time with no replacement for people (!), high turnover of high-level positions(1 year maximum), and layoffs in the operational level with no replacement (which are the people who, in fact, operate everything). Unfortunately, it’s a place that you cannot rely on a long term, with a poor people culture.
