      1. No training given 2. No Guidance/help provided during project. 3. No heirarchy, no team leads, just you are by yourself 4. Director manages both technical and non technical which ends up getting bottle neck. 5. Poor management that even good projects feel like worst.

Have to be a multitasker to balance your work across projects, It is tedious sometimes but required to jump out of your comfort zone in your growing stage. 5. Kind of a startup environment. 6. Working on new and advanced tech, so good opportunities to learn and update.
