Vantaggi
Working for the Vest was one of greatest experiences I could ask for. The other reviews on here are made from disgruntled employees who were fired for insubordination, so take their reviews with a gain of salt (or a pound of salt, in my opinion.) If you are a self-starter, and thrive under a management that allows for you to spearhead your ideas, then this company is perfect for you. They don’t micromanage, and as long as you are open with them, they will let you help you achieve any and all goals you have. They are a family-owned business, and treat their employees as their own family. This is an amazing place to learn from some of the most talented ad people in the city, and have bosses that back you up 100 percent. Dress code: very relaxed, where you can dress the way you want and feel comfortable in, whether that’s top notch, or jeans and a t-shirt. They’re more interested in your work than what you look like. Flexibility: AMAZING flexibilty. While there is PTO, they understand that things happen and you have to leave early, or come in late, and understand completely. Great for working moms and dads, and people with a crazy hectic lifestyle (like mine!) Pay: the pay is GREAT. Period. No questions asked. Benefits: full-coverage healthcare, need I say more? Outside benefits: bring your dog to work/leaving early before holidays, work from home days, the list goes on an on. Overall- this company is hands down, one of the best agencies to work for in Louisville.

Not a con for me personally, but if you don’t like the laid-back structure, and would like a very structured environment, this isn’t the place to be. If you like to be micromanaged, look elsewhere!
