You get to work and meet with some truly fascinating people in a field - public health - which is a constant challenge in many countries keeping them in the internal cycle of poverty.

Challenging internal culture and management. What you see is not quite what you get. Most people you meet are truly impressed by what the company does and see how the space they are active in can really make a different. However, on the inside, there is a rather hierarchical structure where a selected and protected senior management team takes all the key decisions very much in the dark of the employees. Somewhat culture of fear which stems from the CEOs operating style which is, at best, unpredicable.
