They will talk to people below them in whatever way they want (especially females) and no one does anything about it. There is a huge lack of diversity, which is very apparent in the senior leadership - mostly all white men. People communicate passive aggressively over slack and email rather than walking over to your cubicle to clarify or confirm things. Work/life balance feels non-existent. You will be expected to work non-stop, early mornings, weeknights, weekends, and vacation - because team leads and managers do that, so they expect you to as well. Many people on the sales team who were relatively new, were burned out by their second month. If you are someone who is looking for a warm, fun, healthy, well-balanced place to work - VEVO is not the place for you.
