Smart people who want to solve problems in the Sydney/Australian team. The president of the company who just left was a great leader, so it will be interesting to see who replaces him. Some recent attempts to build a better culture have worked in the last 12-18 months.

Sadly a lot of political ladder climbing from US team, and old-school nepotism from the old Tripadvisor re-hires. Different rules for different people, the list goes on. Sad to see the Sydney office go, but it was the right time to end it.
