A good salary if starting out

Svantaggi

Poor management where it feels most senior management were hired because they are friends with a director. Dislike of working from home despite being the norm in my industry. Only 15 days of annual leave which makes employees feel like they aren't valued Very few benefits (no health care or sick pay)

Toxic work culture. In the past too much progression as everyone was promoted for anything! Led to redundancies, which staff still worry about happening again
