      Laid back culture and flexible schedule. Amazing brand client roster. Nice, fun people.

      No clear goals and KPIs, will not pay or incentivize much to attract or retain high caliber experienced talent. Product/Mobile platform is very outdated and no real roadmap to evolve capabilities. HR and some exec leaders will embellish things to attract talent. Too relaxed to the point there is no accountability. Makes it hard to deliver on promises to clients or drive innovation.

The company, which has been in business for 27+ years, is profitable, well-run and growing. Leadership is exceptionally humble and easy to talk to, and run the company with the thriving of employees as a key value. It makes for an excellent work environment and also means that my co-workers almost never leave the company - excellent employee tenure!
