Real sense of espirit de corps. Current leadership (Chris and Robin) are outstanding, creating a much more collaborative and supportive working environment. They really pitch in and are there for the employees; no more "gotcha." There is a real commitment to doing right by our clients, and to doing the right thing. Contractors are not the enemy.

There must be a con or two, but I honestly can't think of one worth noting.
