In this workplace there have been MULTIPLE accusations of sexual harassment from various people in higher positions, as late as one incident that happened in the last two weeks. This only scratches the surface on harassment complaints ranging from body shaming, transphobia, as far as racism from ALL departments. All events reported abhorrently get swept under the rug, which has made a great amount of employees feel unsafe. This has harbored probably the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered, but if all of this doesn’t make you reconsider applying for a position here, just know that the financial department has recently suffered a huge setback, if I share the details I violate Glassdoor community guidelines so that should tell you enough. Due to this… say gigantic mess up, money has been lost left and right. It’s basically a sinking ship, apply with caution.
