We work alongside a diverse team of staff who collaborate to problem solve and encourage a positive, engaging, and supportive environment. Working in an outpatient setting that promotes a positive environment has helped me feel supported on more challenging days and has given me a deeper appreciation for this field, specifically in an outpatient setting.
