The Customer Success and Implementation teams, although small in number are always customer focused to deliver and exceed expectations. They have a bias for action and have a "do whatever it takes" mentality to please the customer.

The AI/ML space is becoming highly competitive and larger companies are starting to commoditize the value of the company's solutions. Vidado needs to lead and innovate in the handwriting recognition space.

This is a startup that is not only concerned about making a profit.
