I was very disappointed to read this review as I, and other senior colleagues from Vitec, spend time in the Divisional offices and feedback from working with a wide range of employees is that the Senior Leadership Team in your business is doing a great job, led by a strong and visionary Divisional CEO. They have my, and the Board’s, full support to continue to deliver the long-term strategy that they have been set to enable us to continue to compete effectively. I care passionately about our employees and our customers, and am proud of our exceptionally strong brands and the ability of our people. I am impressed that everyone in your Division is working together to produce great products that delight our customers, and building a business that is outperforming almost every competitor in similar markets.
