I am a recent joinee on videotap. I have come in from another startup in the financial tech domain for accounting software into videotap. There are few differences.. in previous company the business analyst and prod mgr user to be bit strict, like we did not have ability to make decision inside the backend team. Here team is given lots of power to influnce features. Recently my suggestion on basic functionality module for live was accepted and i am proud of it.. One more thing.. here in videotap they freeze requirements for 2 weeks and then work on it.. this is good because it guves me time to do analysis.. sometimes changes happen but thats only when there is client demo i compare with old employer where they keep changing requirements..
