Work is expected to be your life, expected to answer emails at all hours, weekends, vacation, etc Huge nepotism problem. Inept people get promotions and higher bonuses just because they're Israeli. if you're not Israeli, good luck getting anyone to even listen to what you have to say Major layoff recently.You could be outsourced at any moment, with no warning and a pathetic severance. Just introduced summer Fridays and happy hour, where HR floats around asking people to write positive Glassdoor reviews. Dont be fooled, interns. All recent positive reviews are probably HR or sr mgmt trying to boost Glassdoor rating.
