Team bonding activities, nice environment to be in, very suitable for extrovert, suitable for someone who enjoy doing sale, party, that kind of lifestyle.

1. No base pay 2. Misleading for the new joiner / just put commission base job for job adv next time instead of misleading people thinking is a base plus comm job 3. Despite no base pay but there will still be sale targets hit , will have to extra hours if you are not good with sale or an extrovert 4. Very high turn over rate , come and go job 5. Don't join if you don't have at least 6 months of income , there will be months when you will only earn less than $700/ month despite working long hours and hard and just starting out. so if you have a lot of expenses to pay monthly . this job is not for you 6. A lot of gaslighting subconsciously everyday to make sure you work harder so the top can earn more to trick those new comers ( Mlm system)

- Don't be deceived, this is not a marketing role, it's 100% sales and you'll be one of those annoying people at mrts forcing their courses or credit cards on you - 100% commission based, they will make it sound easy to get if you work hard, but it's more like MLM pyramid scheme structure - Will only get a decent pay if you have a team with a lotttttt of people under you, otherwise you are better off getting a full time office job or proper sales job with the companies they work for where you will get basic pay and less work hours - They will use the word "family" a lot, but they are the exact opposite, you'll be treated like dirt as if you don't exist if you want to leave or get let go, you are easily replaceable because they pull in a lot of impressionable grad students or people who can't get jobs - The motivation is fake too, it's just to get you to stay longer - For the amount of work you have to do and the bad returns, it also has very bad work/life balance
