Very attentive and committed programmers to learn from

Had to do the internship remotely

The other interns were great

The management structure is all over the place. You are expected to know everything with very little guidance. The good work and time you put in is completely overlooked and any small mistakes are blown out of proportion. Completely knocked my confidence. I was brought to tears on more than one occasion. I accepted the unpaid internship under the pretence that it was a 9-5 Monday to Friday position however I was forced to work late nights and on weekends to accommodate the paid employees vacation time. I worked 7 days a week for nothing. I don't know how this is legal. The fact it was unpaid wouldn't be a problem if I was taught new skills however the work was mundane and I got very little guidance unless it was to point out a mistake made. I wouldn't take a job here if it was well paid.
