- Toxic management, especially in tech. - if you do your job but don't become a 'buddy' with manager/director, forget about better raise/position. - sexism. - engineering manager who have no clue what they're doing, there were some QA managers who were so out of touch and had 0 knowledge on things, every interaction was super stressful. (felt like they only got their position because they had friends in higher places) - Vilnius office always has upper hand, if you're a foreigner and in a different office (Berlin/Amsterdam) your voice won't be heard and you will be considered second-class worker. Bottom line - DO NOT APPLY THERE.
