Fast pace environment, scaleup, flexbility and great environment to work in. Freedom to choose what do to, not a lot of micro-management.

Svantaggi

Consistent pressure on KPIs, forecast and numbers. Slowly decreasing and reducing benefits - food allowance, per diems when traveling on business trips. Previous flexibility on remote working and workation is also being modified.
