Presales meant deep RFP work and demo prep for real enterprise prospects, not pilot pitches. My storytelling and stakeholder-management improved more in 14 months here than in my prior three years. Team camaraderie was the best part — late nights together build that in a way no offsite can. The product knowledge I built has helped me in my new role too.

Late nights were too frequent for me. Weekend availability was assumed during peak, which I came to expect but couldn't sustain personally after a health thing came up. Worth knowing before joining. Good fit for someone single in their late-20s wanting acceleration; harder for someone with health constraints or significant family responsibilities.
