We know our goals are bold and ambitious – that’s because we care deeply about making a meaningful impact. In our New York office, the team benefits from being part of a small, tight-knit group, coupled with the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our London-based teams, as well as our broader colleagues across the Virgin Group.
That said, we always want our people to feel set up to succeed – not stretched to the point of struggle – and feedback like this helps us check that balance.
