poor IT and reporting; faulty equipment; intrusive work from home program; backstabbing culture, inconsistent HR practices and policies; discriminatory practices; absentee CMO who travels more than leads; too many executive leaders than staff; inexperienced leaders who were hired for how well they are liked and not for their knowledge and skill; too many initiatives and no follow up; poor use of Six Sigma methodology and process improvement; too many meetings and not enough time to perform work; limited provider network for LTSS services; poor claims department; bullying tactics; allow DMAS to run all over them without questioning; not enough human resources to support case managers; no loyalty to staff who have been with company through their ups and downs; lack of support for managers, employees can go to HR and not respect their leadership; departments work in siloes
