Great atmosphere to work in.

Not really any besides the company got bought out

Some of the most welcoming, quality people that I have ever worked along side. Compensation was very generous. Work-life balance was the best for the employees. Employees had the ability to work from home when necessary. As a contract worker, I worked on site in the office. When monitoring, I worked from home, when not on site monitoring. The employees got together after hours and seemed to really enjoy each others company. The company encouraged employee growth and development. I was very impressed with the companies' stated values and their follow through.

Something I never experienced personally, but heard employees discussing frequently was inequality of male to female promotions.
