Poor organization from top to bottom. Virtual Causeway is a numbers based company as most sales positions are. But the metrics you're held to on a weekly basis are absurd and unrealistic. If you are an experienced sales person, I would not recommend.
The management doesn't have any idea on how to manage people an be a leader. Anything that they don't like or find something unpleasant, they will make an indirect comment about it, fuss about it then insult you
