      I have been working from home for almost 10 years now and this is the worst company ever! She will use you and treat you like crap. She terminated my contract for nothing. Oh, I know why, so she can outsource from a different country that she can get away paying $4/hour. She wants you to work and work and work for little to no pay. She's a complete user. Run as fast as you can! What a joke!

      The company has been a joy to work for since I started in January. One of the best things I've found since starting with them is clear instructions when working with a client. There hasn't been any need for confusing back and forths, and the work is consistent. I thoroughly enjoy working for Virtual Work Team and compare it to a well-run machine that gets the job done time and time again. Shilonda is very personable and always provides great feedback without micromanaging, which is a huge plus for seasoned content writers. I'm extremely happy being part of the team.
