      I learned a lot about things I already knew, and they are a resume booster. Outside of that, there aren't many pros.

      Unstable, not paid enough, no chance to grow/move up, was told I didn't become salaried because the "experience is why I'm here"

      For A+ certified technicians, they offer an starting pay of $15.50 as of 2024. If you are not certified the starting pay is $13. Your start off hourly and quickly switch to salary. They occasionally offer 1.5x for overtime.

      Poor management that lie and also allow racists employee to continue to work there for face value rather than actual acknowledgement of the ones who have worked hard. Those who speak up get fired
