Work space is not cool enough

Honestly there are no pros.

The company has a habit of hiring you on a provisional basis keeping you for some time and then firing you with barely any salary saying your work was unsatisfactory or some other excuse, and if you leave on your own, the same thing happens. They have done this repeatedly to dozens of employees. The office is very poorly maintained and washroom is never clean. Management is practically lazy when it comes to even simple paperwork. And you will never get your salary on time, sometimes it will be delayed for months and that is why most people leave in a few months.
