The people and talent at Vision are amazing. Such great and passionate designers, developers, analysts, etc. The layout is open and it can be a fun place to work.

Svantaggi

Leadership has no clear direction, which leaves the agency and individuals little room for growth. Everyone seems to absolutely hate their job, including upper management...so it often becomes a toxic complaint fest. It can be a good place to begin your career to get a little experience, but definitely not a growth company. You also get cut short on benefits. No 401k, but they try and mask it with a "profit share program" which is complete BS.

Highly creative, talented teammates. The people really make this place what it is. There is an incredible amount of talent there. Fun work environment.

Lack of clarity on strategy (or lack of communication of that strategy). Not clear where the agency is headed or what a given individual's role in contributing to that growth might be. Little variety in client base and emphasis on for-profit education clients. Basic processes are not in place, documented, or communicated for training purposes, and process changes are cumbersome and too time-consuming considering the agency's small size. Finally, there seems to be little to no consideration of employees' professional growth or what it takes to retain talent.
