Ricopro il mio ruolo in Vision Group da quasi 4 anni ed è stata un'esperienza davvero gratificante. Il lavoro offre grandi sfide e opportunità di mettersi alla prova, collaborando a progetti significativi. Ogni giorno è diverso e ho avuto la possibilità di pensare fuori dagli schemi, crescere sia personalmente che professionalmente, e di fare tutto questo insieme a un team incredibile. L'azienda attribuisce grande importanza all'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata, che fa la differenza.

Non è un contro, ma qualcosa da considerare: spesso lavoriamo in una "zona grigia", ma onestamente, è proprio questo che lo rende così interessante. È perfetto per chi ama le sfide e un sano mix di pensiero creativo e strategico.
