People are nice but it feels like the products we are selling are bad

Management, unscrupulous sales tactics and ultimately a bad place

Majority are young people working and have vibrant team culture

Fully-commisioned pay job, so sometimes you have the chance of not even earning anything despite the long hours. You also need to pay the transport fees yourself when going to the site you are dispatched to, and sometimes the locations are very far. And you can't even claim from the company. The people there will only treat you well or even awknowlege you if you are good at sales and close alot of sales frequently.
