9yThe new management initiated service awards to recognize and appreciate Tenured employees contribution in 2016, so we fail to understand how can the experienced employees feel insecure about their job. As far as the rating is concerned, we have still not completed the appraisal process. We are a performance driven organization where the performance directly impacts the overall assessment.
The semiannual employee engagement survey had already started before you posted this review. Also, we have been conducting Quarterly Town halls with the management team and monthly sessions with the HR. Moreover, we have an open door culture where your issues can be highlighted to the senior most member of your department or HR Team. We have already taken inputs from all the employees on the Transport requirement and during the Townhall session timeline for implementation has been shared.
