They say it is a US-based company, but in reality the entire top management is PK-based, where their interests are. They offer zero growth prospects to people in the US and elsewhere in the world where they claim the company’s operations are.

Highly political environment. The company is run as per the CEO’s emotional fluctuations. The CEO does everything other than focusing on the strategic growth of the organization. Highly stressful environment and not conducive to perform. You can learn a great deal of politics and how to manage in the worst of the environments. After working here for a year, you can work in any company and will still find the work environment pleasant.
