Technical core team (Quality & Engieneering) gain 40% gain in OEE target in 2 years timeframe.Steady including machine qualifications (5 out of 9)

      Low to Zero support to business sponsors. Leaderships oriented to embrace change with personal motivation but results are just below target, Product demands drops from 90% Plant Capacity 20% in 2 years timeframe, Wrong marketing strategic from sponsor almost kill the business in 8 moths period ( our customer lost us in the Club House shelfs!)
