Some communication issues due to the global employee base.

VitalHealth Software has a great company culture with a global presence. Our clients are at the forefront of value-based care delivery. One of the only IT companies that was founded by a non-profit with an aim on social impact through Health Information Technology.

Working as a global company there can be communication challenges (not really a con) but it takes dedication to documentation to stay on the same page with counterparts in Asia and Holland.
