Why talk about all the growth were having in these company meetings and then not be generous with the lifeblood of your organization. It is a 'pull up your bootstraps' mentality. Condescending bonus program that make us spin a wheel like we're on an episode of Squid games. Very humiliating to leave our livelihood to chance. I could have used the maximum amount pay for medical bills, rent, food for my children etc.
