      I learn a lot from Vlocity. The bosses are kind, appreciative, and highly knowledgable. Work load and expectations are attainable. Work conditions are flexible too. As long as you deliver your work on time, you are free to do work any where at your convenience.

      Since work environment is flexible, it is always a challenge to bring excellence on the table. If your a person that prefers to wait for orders all the time, it would be difficult to excel as a lot of employees thinks like a leader

      People are great, work-life balance as for start-up is nice

      Top management of engineering. Very bad pay for some especially early employees, non-existent yearly performance review, no raises or bonuses (horrible horrible experience). Tech not so much, old methodologies.
