Terrible management. Especially in IT departments, almost all managers are just underqualified. They only hire from top universities, yet managers are probably graduated from no-name universities. İf you are a Discover (new grad talent program) attendee, please be aware of the fact that if you cant end up in a role at the end of the year, they will send you to 3rd rotation and if you still cant end up, you will get fired. Yep. Thats what HR will NEVER tell you.
