Really conservertive mindset of some of the teams. They hire specialists but don't give them the space to contribute with their knowledge. Teams don't evolve and keep being stranded in old processes, tech stacks,... Also hybrid is forced on everyone even if you don't have anyone from your team in your location, even in your country.
