It’s recruitment model ensures a steady stream of cloned graduates who are cheap and plentiful that can be moulded into the Vodafone way; meaning experienced staff don’t mean a thing when they can have young cheap clones running around waving and smiling to make it look all new and shiny on the surface. This mandate comes from the leadership team who have no substance no support to make things better and pass over promotions to people who have been there years and made game changers with no recognition. Instead they see youth and media popular diversification being the banners that they wave, it’s all a sham.
