Disorganized, dishonest, disgraceful company. Confused business model and business practices. Culture of bullying Sales Managers in the VGE- Vodafone Group Enterprise structure. They do not and will not pay the commission owed on large deals closed and won. I can site half a dozen high end professional sales people from all areas of the business in EMEA & NA that have not been paid commission owed after closing large deals. If you want to make money and be compensated for the deals you close, this is not the company to join.

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
