No sense of support: no team activities, lack of adequate training but still expecting to hit targets day in day out Rotas were constantly changing so little work-life balance, shifts constantly ran over due to the amount of technical difficulties Little to no care for what consumers needed if they didn’t match what the company wanted Outdated computer systems which constantly crashed and glitched preventing you from making the sales you need Owed time was only given out when it was convenient for the company, and booking time off was vague Other departments never took calls even though the customer’s needs were something they had to help with, hold times were unbearably long
