Most staff are pleasant to work with

Management is virtually non existent and displays a lack of interest in employees. CEO is clueless and out of touch with rest of business. Middle management are 'yes-men' and will gladly backstab members of their own team to make themselves look better. Managers delegate work and take credit themselves. Progression within the company does not exist unless you're pally the CEO, in which case you can expect preferential treatment while everyone else gets ignored or treated as expendable. Whole company lacks a backbone both when dealing with personnel issues and when customers make unreasonable demands.
