Toxic and Old School culture - Recensione dipendente - Executive Assistant presso Voith

HQ is in Germany and they have it easy. The locations in the US are very old school cultures and allow toxic people to work there. Constructive feedback was given on a regular basis from employees, and ignored by upper management. When a VP would try to make a positive change, they got fired. Micro-managed constantly. I'd never work there again.
