Consistently run late. Patients are waiting 4+ hours for a routine visit. Management and employees will say "it is what it is", and that's just unacceptable. No Accountability. No Values. No Morals. Wreckless spending and not an ounce of appreciation for your work. While you are there, or as soon as you get the sense to leave, you will be slandered and your name will be run through the mud. Lies and manipulation. I can't stress enough.. If you are considering working at this place, or for Dr. Vold specifically, don't do it. It is not worth a small raise and the promise of "taking things to the next level.
