      Good people to work with Good office location Great coffee

      Incompetent management team Too many managers Blame culture Different direction every week, who is in charge? Too many more to mention but check out the other reviews (ignore the ones put up by the company) This week they announce that 20 people are not required. People who have worked very hard for the company and been very loyal are now facing redundancy just before Christmas. I'm not one of them yet but I'm going now. So many people have left this year, this tells a story.

      Excellent company - great work life balance, upper management is 100% invested in your own success, everyone including the CEO is approachable...very flat company structure. Company really takes care of employees...great medical benefits, good pay.

      No downsides - just entered the US market with an excellent 10 year track record from the UK...

      - They have some dedicated and caring professionals on the payroll - They appear to have empowered their new regime to make changes - They are looking towards the future - Good PTO, decent benefits - They are selling into a market that is in need of their services

      - They have a history of not honoring promises made to customers - They are on the other side of personnel changes in all departments in the organization - Current product offering is outdated and being outclassed by their competition - No career path - No training - Less then competitive compensation
