- No Bonus - Delay paying Socso, EIS even had deducted from our salary. never inform employee - Delay paying PCB even until we need to declare income tax, never inform employee - Delay paying EPF even have ask the management on the update many times and never inform or make announcement on the status. - No process, no KPI, never had townhall, not sharing the company's direction -good projects but bad management, know how to talk but never know how to handle it well. management always complain but never give clear direction on how's the project process, documentation supposed to be. - Feedback given but never take it seriously. - Not transparent - Lack of career opportunities - Management is playing politics
