Leader Need to Grow Employee/Less talk/Less arrogant - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Engineer presso VoltStorage

Superior are arrogant and not willing to accept idea. I joined the company and in most of the case ideas are often not being considered and rejected. At last some of my idea was adopted. However I was being claimed not contribute to the team. Sometimes upleasant words came from leader such as: "Please allow me to make a joke on you." and someone's name was repeated 3 times to ask him/she to shut up/calm down. The way the leader giving instruction was rude in my opinion and create negative emotion to the subordinate and the office atmosphere. Superior always busy with meeting and very less communication with them on the work progress. At last the subordinate was claim not contribute to the work.
