Like most small agencies where people wear many hats (which is a pro) and new processes are being developed, there can be confusion about who is responsible for what.

I really enjoyed my time at Voltage. I worked with some super smart people that really kick started my career. Not a ton to complain about but a couple things that most agencies have. - Meeting rooms with no doors - Smaller budgets can make ideal account optimization difficult
