They are the most committed, hardest working group I have ever worked with. Everyone has a role to play and everyone enjoys the freedom to be as creative in that role as they can be. This is a fantastic place for anyone looking to meet new challenges, learn new technology, get experience working in a fast pace environment and be part of a team producing groundbreaking ecosystem.

This is a fast pace environment and there are constant challenges that must be force you to step up and solve. This is not the type of environment for anyone looking for a free ride.

Volute is a very dynamic place to work, and the expectations are high. The company offers creative freedom to present different options and ideas for its groundbreaking educational platform. It does take a unique individual to work here, as the pace is fast, and mistakes are not taken lightly. There is a passion here to change the world and a select group of people are making it happen. If you're lucky enough to get a position, make the most of the opportunity. Volute is opposite of the larger, slower organizations. It is a lean, agile environment and things do change often as the business is evolving and growing. The CEO practices what he preaches. He expects that he does his best work, and works constantly to improve the company, and is looking for a team who is willing to do the same. In my experience, many people come in and are looking for a free ride. Volute internships are real jobs - you're not getting coffee, you're working with top engineers, designers and world renowned clients, and getting condensed training. The great ones stay, and most of the staff has been with Volute since it was launched over 2 years ago. That says something, and those are the ones who are not on glassdoor complaining.

As I said the expectations are high. A lot of people apply for positions and the CEO loves to give everyone a chance, but if you don't perform, he is not shy to let you know, but I prefer that, not everyone does.
