Horrible hours. No respect for seniority. Horrible management. Managers don't care about you. You are just an entity wasting their payroll space. They will hate your guts. Working Union is horrible. They threaten strike all the time. Threaten lock outs. They don't look out for you and take too much money from you. Not worth it at all
